Не случайно по- словица гласит: «Не имей сто рублей, а имей сто друзей». На чем стро- ятся отношения друзей? Прежде всего, на доброте. И я думаю, что именно в этом национальная идея России. Добрый – это умение по- мочь, разделить трудности с другими. И это главная, характерная черта русского человека. В 2000 году я задумался – почему люди живут плохо? Кто виноват? Царь, Ленин, Ельцин? И неожиданно понял: люди живут плохо пото- му, что так проще. Мы провели исследование, которое показало, что в течение десяти лет из русского языка, языка газет, телевидения, из взаимоотношений между людьми вообще исчезло понятие «доброта». В девяностые годы некоторые люди с удовольствием называли себя бандитами. Многие «дружили» с ними, и возникла иллюзия, что только через криминал можно стать состоятельным и авторитетным. Поэтому слово «доброта» стало немодным. Именно в то время и было принято решение создать Международную академию доброты. Вместе с друзья- ми Натальей Андрейченко и Юрием Куклачевым мы решили провести 1 мая День доброты. На Гоголевском бульваре собрали своих друзей- артистов. Наш праздник не являлся политической акцией. Мы просто вышли на улицу праздновать так, как мы понимаем: «Мэри Поппинс» раздавала конфеты прохожим, девушки-студентки дарили воздушные шары и цветы. Люди подходили и любовались кошками Юрия Кукла- чева, фотографировались с ними. Огромные куклы Театра марионеток расхаживали по бульвару, приветствуя счастливую детвору. И, есте- ственно, вездесущие журналисты-телевизионщики тоже пришли на этот праздник. В новостях мелькнули наши веселые лица. У нас брали интервью, потому что мы были первыми, кто решил праздновать День доброты. Идея очень проста: зарабатывать можно не только тем, что ты сильнее и отбираешь у других, – возможность заработать дает доброта. Благодаря is – there are no bor- ders. If we look at the world from a posi- tion of socially-public ideas of Bolsheviks on society division into classes and we consid- er the world as struggle of classes then this scheme of the world perception is false and it leads only to social intensity, terrorism and civil war. When there is already a habit to consider history and a society in this way, where the exit is? The fact is that we have al- ready passed this way and it has been paid by millions of human lives. It is a deadlock to consider society development as struggle of classes. It is necessary to change the point of view, and to consider the development of the world and the society using other, moral criteria. And in my opinion, only a kindness way is a way of soci- ety development not only in Russia, but also in a whole world. Kindness is one of the main moral categories of the Russian Person. For this reason according to degree of worship there is Nikolay Miracle-Maker who goes after Christ and Saint Virgin and almost in each house there is an image of Saint Nikolay. His miracles and acts are first of all a display of kindness and humanity in relation to another person. The mould of Russian soul is taken from him. And I have come to a deep belief that if we bring up people in the spirit of kindness as actively and long as military men are educated today, un- doubtedly, it will have good result and a society will come to prosperity. Some years ago, wandering on the reason of a distress of our country and bad life, I have unexpectedly answered to myself: it was much easier for people to live even in GULAG if they behaved in a kind way and supported each other. It is absolutely clear to everyone that if a husband and his wife are kind to each other, it means that they try to understand each other, they already live better than others. And if you behave in a kind way with neighbors, mutual as- sistance, support, a feeling of safety start. In Russian the word «Kindness» except a moral category has also an other meaning – the word «Good» means property, wealth. To be kind means to be rich. Not casually there is a proverb: «Better have no hundred roubles, but hundred friends». What is the basis of friends relations? First of all, it is kind- ness. And I think that it is the national idea of Russia. Kind means interna- tional. It is an ability to share other people difficulties. It is main characteristic feature of the Russian person. In 2002 I have asked myself – why do people live badly? Who is guilty? The tsar, Lenin, Yeltsin? And unexpectedly even for me I answered – people live badly because it is easier.
