12 13 G. Pototsky INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY OF KINDNESS The third Symbol of Kindness is established in Jürmala, in Latvia on July, 12th 2008 г. Celebrating was passed by the newspaper «Saturday». It coincided with celebrating of the City Day of Jürmala. And again we were helped by embassy of Latvia in Russia. Ambassador Andris Tejkmanis personally helped to trans- port a monument to Latvia. Is not it the kind force of diplomacy ? Is not it a true relations between our people? On September, 13th 2008 the Kindness symbol was established in Nikolaev in Ukraine. «Seeds of kindness from Moscow» – these were the headings of ar- ticles in the Ukrainian newspapers. It was the period when the government of Ukraine tried to forbid Russian TV. Let this event – installation of the Symbol of Kindness be that drop of kindness, which will weight down a negative of relations which exists between Russian and an Ukrainian people today. On February, 5th 2009 the Kindness symbol was established in Val d`Isere, France, on one of the highest points of Europe where the world champion- ship on mountain skiing took place. In the mayoralty when the decision on monument installation was being made, someone noticed: «It is amazing, the word kindness almost disappeared from French language» Mayor Marc Bauer said: «I have twenty charitable projects to make decision on, but I support your project as all of us use the concept to «me» and we have practically forgotten concept to «you». And the local doctor added, that when people ski, and Val d`Isere is the second mounting skiing resort on popularity after Courchevel, people knock down each other each other and break vertebras. This kind of sports leads to numerous traumas without the careful, kind relation to other people. Before the inauguration of the Symbol of kindness the kindness les- son was made at school. The teacher children asked a question: «What does the word kindness mean?» Any of hundred children did not know the answer. What does it mean? Yes, the western society is legislative. But if only the law will pass that for example red are guilty in everything, they will be immediately in pursuit. Only the gene of kindness put in a child soul, can save mankind in the future from acceptance decisions which can lead to catastrophic conse- quences. On May, 17th 2009 inauguration of the Symbol of Kindness in Grossgmain took place. The priest who struggled more than 20 years for abolishment of border between Austria and Germany helped to open the monument. It is just the place where the border passes on the White river. It is very symbolical! Already more than 40 years Father Herbert is the priest of one of the main churches of XIV century, where all pictures, sculptures, church utensils are of Renaissance period. It is a very mystical place. Not casually, it is described in the book of Paulo Koelo «Diary of the Magician», the way of pilgrims to San- tiago dе Kampostella lies here. Father Herbert searched long for an adequate translation in German language of Russian word «Kindness» and named the Symbol of Kindness «Dandelion» «Freedom Flower». It is very exact! Only free people can be kind. There were bishops from Malta, from France, Serbia at inauguration ceremony. In the beginning there was a mass. Then people left church with gonfalons, banners, brass band, the mayor headed the procession. Father Herbert said: «It is significant that monument inauguration took place in that place where Hitler’s rate in Bertensgarten was. The legend says that Charles the Great fell asleep in these mountains. And now «the Dandelion» is established here and energy of a rainbow of kindness will be thrown from it through all earth, incor- porating to other symbols of kindness in other countries». The idea of installation of a monument of the Symbol of Kindness got support and in China, in Guangzhou. The eighth world Kindness Symbol was inaugu- rated in one of the best places of a city – the central park Bajun on June, 2nd 2009 in the presence of representatives of embassy of the Russian Federation in China and consuls general of Guangzhou, Hong Kong and the national government of Guangzhou. Eight is a happy number for China. Chinese peo- ple who studied in 50-60th in the USSR and carried love to Russia through all life came on inauguration ceremony We dream that mayors of cities where Kindness Symbols are established will meet each other and establish mutual relations on kindness principles. Solving of modern problems today is impossible without use of a principle of kindness. Very often, the law is a set injustice. Or it was accepted from a force position, or it has become outdated and the solving of difficult international problems is possible only from a position of a principle of kindness. The international Academy of Kindness establishes today a monument to «the Won mankind» (Alexander the Great) in Miami, the USA. The myth about Alexander the Great says: the one who will untie the Gordian knot, will be- come the lord of Asia. Alexander the Great cut it. How did the knot look like, and what does it mean? The Gordian knot is a circle of stereotypes – social, остановить в будущем человечество от принятия решений, которые мо- гут привести к катастрофическим последствиям. 17 мая 2009 года состоялось открытие Символа доброты в городе Гросг- майн. Помогал открыть памятник отец Герберт, священник церкви ХIV века, где все картины, скульптуры, церковная утварь – эпохи Возрож- дения. Он более двадцати лет боролся за то, чтобы не было границы между Австрией и Германией. Через городок проходит граница по Бе- лой реке. Как символично! Это мистическое место. Не случайно оно описано в книге Пауло Коэльо «Дневник Мага» – именно здесь про- легает путь паломников в Сантьяго де Кампостелла. Отец Герберт долго искал адекватный перевод в немецком языке русскому слову «доброта» и назвал Символ доброты «Одуванчик» – «Цветок свободы». Как точно по смыслу! Только свободные люди могут быть добрыми. На открытии присутствовали епископы с Мальты, из Франции, Сер- бии. В начале была месса. Потом люди вышли из церкви с хоругвями, играл духовой оркестр, возглавлял процессию мэр города. Отец Герберт ска- зал: «Знаменательно, что открытие памятника состоялось в том месте, где была ставка Гитлера в Бертенсгартене. В этих местах, по легенде, в горах заснул Карл Великий. А теперь здесь установлен «Одуванчик», и энергия радуги Доброты от него перекинется, как мостик, через всю землю, соединившись с Символами доброты в других странах». Идея установки памятника Символа доброты получила поддержку и в Китае, в городе Гуаньчжоу. В одном из живописных мест города, цен- тральном парке Баюнь, 2 июня 2009 года в присутствии представителей посольства РФ в Китае и генеральных консулов Гуаньчжоу, Гонконга и народного правительства Гуаньчжоу был открыт восьмой в мире Сим- вол доброты. Для китайцев это счастливое число. На открытие пришли многие из тех, кто в учился в СССР и пронес любовь к России через всю свою жизнь. Символ доброты. Бронза. Высота 250 см. г.
